There is only 1 now:) Seth and Blake Blake being SILLY... AS USUAL:) Kendra actually let me put a bow on her!! Usually she screams when anything is on her head:) She was also in her 1st Valentine outfit!! Kendra's first time with cereal!! She really liked it!! Kendra with her personalized shirt from my Aunt Lisa!! She looks pretty cute in it:) Blake burnt his arm on a cookie sheet fresh out of the oven:( Blake swimming at the rec center!! He had so much fun:)

4 Months

Well yet another month has gone by and my little peanut is 4 months old:( I know I say this every month but I can't believe she is 4 months already!! HA... She is rolling over like a pro now, she is such a HAPPY baby, I couldn't have asked for a better baby!! Just wish she wasn't growing up so fast!! She goes in for her checkup this week, I am anxious to see her height and weight and what percentile she is in!!

Baby shower, Blanket, and Pictures

This past weekend I hosted a baby shower for my best friend Theresa! She is expecting her first baby BOY, March 10! We had the shower at the fire station in Battle Creek, and had some cookies and appatizers! I was also very excited about the 'diaper cake' that I made! For those of you not knowing what a diaper cake is, is its just diapers rolled up to form a tierd cake and then you can decorate it however you want. I didn't go too overboard beings it was my first time, but I still think it turned out super cute!! Everything turned out really good and Theresa got a lot of nice things! I forgot my camera in the mix of trying to get everything ready that morning, but luckily Theresa's fiance was in Ida Grove so was able to stop at my house and grab it for me:) HA... Now its just the waiting game on Mr. ??????? to get here, Theresa and Jeremy are keeping the name a secret until he is born:(

Also while at the baby shower one of my friends' mom brought Miss Kendra and Blake a present!! JoDee had come to see me after I had Kendra and told me that she was in the process of making a blanket and that she would get it to me as soon as she got it done!! I had actually forgot about it until she came up to me with the present!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it... It is a 'rag quilt' I think is what they call them!! But it is so versitile and will grow with Kendra for years!! Blake also got a little something too, JoDee made him a Spiderman pillow case!! Of course he is in LOVE with it!!

To end our very BUSY weekend (well, my busy weekend) we headed to Sioux City bright and early Sunday morning to get Miss Kendra's pictures taken!! We have been trying for a month now, we finally got them done though!! They turned out SO CUTE and there were so many good ones I wanted them all, but opted out of that because I knew that Jodi could do the same pictures for me:) I don't have a scanner so I just took a picture of the picture for you to see:) HA... Whatever works right?!?!

Nothing

So with all this bad weather we haven't been doing much of ANYTHING... I have done quite a bit of cleaning, playing games with Blake and playing with Miss Kendra!! We don't have much going on this week, but this weekend I am hosting a baby shower for my best friend Theresa, so will have lots to post about that!! Also we are going to get Kendra's 3 month pictures taken this weekend... I KNOW I KNOW what you are all thinking, she will be 4 months Thursday, but with the crappy weather and time, we haven't been able to get anywhere to get them done!! THIS WEEKEND FOR SURE:) LOL

Packages=Surprises

This week was full of surprises in the mail!! I love getting mail and finding out that its not bills:) First off I got a package from my Grandma Judy in Denver, it had a few new shirts and a pair of shoes in it:) I was SOOO excited... I just started my new job last week at the Preschool here in town and she thought that she would get me a few new things!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them, THANK YOU so much Grandma!!



Secondly my sister called today to let me know that Blake and Kendra had presents at her house from our Aunt Lisa out in Denver!! Blake got a really neat water bottle with an alligator and his name on it, and Kendra got a little onsie with a monkey and her name on it!! They are too cute, THANK YOU Aunt Lisa, the kids love them!! I will get a picture of Miss Kendra in her onsie for you soon!!



And the last package we received was Kendras exersaucer, FINALLY!! I ordered it about 3 weeks ago from Amazon and just got it yesterday!! We were all VERY excited for its arrival because Kendra needed something new to help entertain her!! She loves to stand so much that we figured this might help for a little bit during the day:) I put it together ALL BY MYSELF too!! She has been doing ok so far in it, the pictures I have of her in it last night aren't too good, she was crabby and ready for bed, but I insisted that she get some pictures taken in it:) (Mean Mommy) I will post better ones when I get some but for now you will have to deal with these!! HA!

We've got a ROLLER!!!

Well its official Miss Kendra rolled over tonight for the first time!!! She has been trying now for a couple weeks, and finally did it:) The bad part is though that she HATES HATES HATES to be on her tummy, so after she rolls over she will scream until you flip her back over:) (as you will be able to tell in the video) HAHA... She is a little stinker:) I don't think its going to take her long though to roll from her tummy to her back!! I still can't believe how fast she is growing!!

A case of CABIN FEVER

This past week has been MISERABLE around here!! It has been so cold outside, like in the negeatives... Then we got another round of snow, not a whole lot but the winds have been so bad that it is drifting everything shut, especially worse on the gravels!! The school got out early on Wednesday and they had no school Thursday or Friday:) What a good week for the kiddos in school though, first week back from Christmas vacation and they only have to go for 2.5 days:) We are getting so irratable being stuck in the house, I have so many errands that I want to run, but I don't wanna take Miss Kendra out in this cold, so I guess they can wait until this weekend when we are supposed to get a HEAT WAVE! HA! Haven't done much, but I did do a little photo shoot of Kendra in a dress that I had, but have had nowhere to take her in it, so I thought I would just get some pictures of her in it!! Also got a few photos of Blake being SILLY as usual!!

This weekend will be a little more interesting, I'm going to Sioux City on Saturday to get some supplies for my friends baby shower and look for some more clothes for my new job:) Then we have my niece Malia's 3rd birthday party on Sunday:) I am SOOOOO excited to have stuff going on and to be able to get out of this house:)
